GEMS 1749

Design

Structural steel design to any major international code - Eurocode 3, AISC 360, AS 4100, BS 5950, CSA S16, SANS 10162 and local equivalents. One team, one model, no translation loss between design intent and fabrication output. The right code for your jurisdiction, applied correctly from day one.

Engineering

Full structural analysis, connection design and code compliance in-house. We own the numbers from concept to fabrication drawing. No handoffs, no gaps.

Manufacturing

Controlled shop conditions, qualified welders, traceable material. Tolerances held to the drawing, not to interpretation. AI-assisted quality control system inspects every weld and dimension before release. What we model is what gets built.

Worldwide Delivery

Fabricated assemblies shipped flat-pack or pre-assembled to any port. We work with global freight forwarders - full tracking, cargo insurance and customs documentation handled end-to-end. Steel arrives ready to erect.

Site Support

Remote technical support throughout erection -drawings, RFIs, and connection queries resolved by the engineers who designed the structure. Most site problems are a detail question away from a solution.

🏗 Engineer-Led from Day One

Every project starts with a structural calculation, not a price list. Your building is designed by a licensed structural engineer with 22 years of international practice — to the exact code of your jurisdiction. AISC 360, AS 4100, EN 1993, BS 5950, NBCC, AASHTO and 15 others. No translation loss. No code mismatches. No surprises at permit submission.

🌏 Asia Manufacturing Network

We source from a network of qualified fabricators in Cambodia, Vietnam and China — selected by project type, delivery destination and tariff efficiency. Cambodia-origin structures enter usually at 0% import duty under current rates, while equivalent Chinese structures face tariffs. We know which factory to use, and why.

👁 Resident Team at Your Factory

Our China-based project managers are physically present at the fabrication facility — walking the floor, reviewing welds, checking dimensions, managing documentation in Mandarin. No language barrier. No reliance on self-reported factory photos. Real eyes on your steel before it ships.

📦 Complete Building Package
Steel frame is just the beginning. We supply the complete building kit — structural steel, roof and wall cladding, insulation panels, doors, windows, fasteners and accessories. One shipment. One supplier. One point of contact. Nothing missing on arrival.

📡 Remote Supervision — We Stay Until It's Done

After delivery, we do not disappear. Every stage of your installation is supported by live video supervision — your crew shows us what is happening on site, we review and direct in real time. For remote sites where a qualified engineer cannot be present, this is the difference between a successful build and an expensive mistake.

📋 Your Local Code. Applied Correctly.

We have delivered projects under 20+ structural codes across 22 countries. We do not adapt a generic Chinese design to your requirements — we calculate from scratch to your jurisdiction's loading standard, wind zone, seismic category and connection requirements. The result is a structure that passes local permit review on the first submission

BUILT FOR REMOTE SITES

Where we work best:

Global delivery · 2015—2026

The projects most suppliers decline.

Most of our completed work sits where logistics fight back — islands without ports for heavy equipment, mining sites without local engineers, farmland where the nearest crane is 400 km away, and coastlines where standard carbon steel corrodes within months. These are the jobs others decline, delay, or overprice. This is where GEMS 1749 is most useful.

LOGISTICS & TARIFF MAP

Rates vary - please check before each delivery

Logistics · duty & transit

One fabrication hub. Duty-free into most of the world.

GEMS 1749 fabricates in Cambodia and ships worldwide. Cambodia's LDC status and free-trade agreements land our structures at 0% duty across most of Asia-Pacific, the EU, the UK, Ireland and Canada — the tariff barrier that decides where steel is actually competitive. Green lanes clear duty-free; amber and red carry tariffs to price in. Hover a route for duty and transit; click for the detail.

Origin advantage · Cambodia vs China

The tariff math that decides who wins the job.

Same steel, two origins — the duty at the border is what makes it competitive or not. Fabricating in Cambodia clears 0% duty into the EU, UK, Ireland, Canada and Australia, and carries no Section 232 or anti-dumping exposure that China-origin steel now faces almost everywhere. Where duty is level, the fight moves to engineering and documentation — where our resident QC team wins. Click any market for the full breakdown.

Cambodia's edge beyond the tariff line
01
AANZFTA Certificate of Origin
Clean, uncontested rules of origin — no re-classification disputes.
02
No Section 232 exposure
The 25–50% US steel tariff that hits China-origin steel does not apply.
03
No EU anti-dumping risk
China faces expanding measures on structural sections; Cambodia does not.
04
ASEAN proximity
1–8 day transit across the region's fastest-growing markets.
05
Resident engineering QC
Our own team on the fabrication floor — real eyes on the steel, not photos.
Duty figures are indicative and subject to product HS/HTS classification, trade-agreement rules of origin, VAT/GST, and current policy — including the June 2026 US framework agreement. Dot position marks the mid-point of each duty range. Verify with a licensed customs broker before every shipment. Origin: Sihanoukville, Cambodia.
